Meet Marc
Originally from Arizona, Marc moved to the Tri-Cities in 2008 to continue his tattoo career and be closer to his family. As an art student at the University of Arizona, Marc learned important art skills that have helped him out tremendously in his career as a tattoo artist and the drinking skills necessary to party all boat race weekend without rest. After moving to 13 Shades Tattoo in 2011 from another downtown shop, Marc purchased the shop from fellow artist and friend, Alex Everett in 2014. After continuing the hard of the pervious shop owners, Marc wanted to bring his own vision to fruition and created Rose & Raven Tattoo. In October of 2018 Marc transitions 13 Shades Tattoo into Rose & Raven after a year of planning and development. His goal and dream is to continue the amazing work and friendly environment that 13 Shades was as Rose & Raven Tattoo Parlour.
